Customer Etiquette

Please follow our notes below so that you can get the most from your massage:

1, Arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked time as you may be required to fill in a health questionnaire if you are new, or it has been a while since your last visit.

2, If you arrive late, you will still get your massage, but will finish as scheduled so as not to impact the next customer.

3, If you go in late due to our fault, you will get the full allotted time.

4, Your time will start when you enter the room so please get ready as quick as you can,

5, Please respect your Therapist by removing clothing but leaving on your pants, lying face down and cover yourself with a towel. Anyone not wearing pants will be asked to leave without a refund.

6, Please do not take mobile phones to the massage table.

7, On completion of your massage, please change quickly to allow time for cleaning and the next customer.

8, Requests for anything other than massage will result in the therapist asking you to leave, without a refund.
